What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept AI, PDF, WebP, PNG, EPS, PSD, SVG and TIFF. High-resolution PDFs are recommended for best results.
Can I request a sample before making a large order?
Absolutely! We encourage first-piece-off proofing as an add-on service to ensure your final product meets your expectations.
What is the typical turnaround time for a custom print order?
The industry-standard turnaround time can be 14 business days after final design approval, however, we can often accomodate rushes.
What are the minimum run sizes?
For digital printing and sublimation, there is no minimum order size. For caps and other embroidered products, minimums depend on the design complexity. For screen print, minimum orders start at 12 pieces and get dramatically cheaper as quantities go up.
